We took many of the staple ingredients of Mole Poblano: dried chilis, sesame, dried fruit, tomatillo, cloves, cinnamon, and chocolate and combined them with diced tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and beans to make what just might be the most delicious veggie chili ever?!
