We couldn’t make a line of soups without including the most nostalgic flavor of all time: tomato soup! So we got to thinking….how do we take an age ol’ classic and give it that added Heyday *oomph*?
Then it hit us. What goes better with tomato soup than a freshly-toasted ooey-gooey grilled cheese? We blended sharp Tillamook cheddar and buttery sourdough crackers from Patagonia Provisions into a classic tomato soup base for that perfect match-made-in-heaven flavor, and voila! Grilled Cheese Tomato soup was born (and it tastes JUST like a sammy dunked in a bowl of soup!).
